Black '93-'97 TA in Cloverdale

Out running errands today, saw a black '93-'97 TA pulling onto 184th in Cloverdale. Nice looking car, really nice looking rims. If anybody knows the owner, I'd like to know what brand of rims those are. 5 spoke, probably 18", chrome finish. Anybody know the owner of the Trans Am? Driver was a young guy with short dark hair.

Twitch, by "R's" do you mean ZR1's? If so, they werent ZR1's, the spokes were thinner, the central hub wasnt as big, and the transition from spoke to spoke was a right angle, not a curve, like the ZR1's. Im looking for a replacment for my OEM Firehawk rims, and these were really good looking rims. If anybody sees the car, see if you can spot the brand of rims for me! Thanks guys.

Hmm, those could be the rims. I thought the spokes were thinner, though, and they didnt have that curve to them. Anyway, if it was Craig, tell him about this thread, and ask him to confirm that was him. Thanks guys.

Nice car, Craig. Any pictures of the rims straight on, close up? And, ballpark, what does a set of those 18" rims cost?

I dont think you can get them anymore . . . I tried to have them build me another set in 18 x 10.5 but no go.

Go on Jd's web site and on his main page my cars in the backround with a clossup of the wheel. . . . theres also some really cool vids to watch while your there
