I'm talking mostly PC, but Xbox and stuff too...

I'm curious, what does everyone like? What are the best games you've all found?

Some of mine are:

Project Gotham II (hey, not many games let you choose an LS1 SS like this does).

Neverwinter Nights (Dungeons and Dragons online playable .... I've been hooked on this for two years now).

 

Medal of Honor. NFS Underground. Savage. Vietcong. That's about all I play.

 

currently working on a sequal to Global Ops, kinda like SoF or counter strike.

BF1942, with DC mod.

All time fave is my current game; Lineage 2 which is a MMORPG.

 

2 games that hooked me 1000%, right up until i finished them, were the 2 max payne games...

They were the first games in a few years that i played non-stop until i finished them.

Unreal 2 was like that as well... No multiplayer, no online play... just massive single player fun!

I usually like all the d&d games, but for some reason, I didn't like NWN that much... Altho I couldn't play online, and I got lost in chaper 2 i think (after stopping for 2-3 months, due to Unreal 2, hehehe), so running around a HUGE map looking for stuff to jump out at you, isn't much fun So its been sitting for the last year or so, hehe

 

Grand theft auto 3 ( the one before vice ) is my all time favorite

Forgot about some of those, don't play them much anymore though. Max Payne, Global Ops, SoF, Worms! So you are on the design team for the sequal of Global Ops? When is it scheduled to come out?

 

Been palying Asherons Call on and off for 3.5 years. Great game. TRIED to get into NFS underfground but the import thing just doesn't work for me.

GTA Vice City has got a lot of my time.

Have Max Payne 2 and strategy guide but cannot get the crack code installed right.

 

NFS Underground is fun and all, the car choice does **** me off though.. The Mazda Miata handles the best in the entire game, and is only beaten out of top speed by the Skyline, and it is even with acceleration.. So I drive the Miata in the game.. Don't tell anyone though..

 

Halo
Cant wait for halo 2

I have had halo since the xbox came out and i still play that damn game

 

i like socom navy seals
took a bit of getting used to though. i had never played a game where so much of the controller was involved. awesome game though

and battletoads for the original nintendo thats a good one also

 

Another vote for Halo on the Xbox.
Two Xboxs plus two projectors and 8 people... good times.

I don't game on the PC anymore... costs too much to keep the hardware up. I have a modded Xbox (and mod them for others too) with ~30 games on it. The two games that get most of my time are Halo and NHL2004. Crimson Skies is kinda fun, and Ninja Gaiden looks like it could be fun. I use the Xbox for it's multimedia cablabilities more now though.

OMG BF1942 rocks. I'm liking Unreal Tournament 2004 right now too.

I miss the classics tho - Civ, Master of Orion, Master of Magic, Xcom, etc.
