Basement for rent

600/ Month
Full kitchen two bedroom no living room unless you use spare bedroom as one
free adsl and cable
Full bathroom with tub
Shared wash and dryer

Looking for single person or couple, Couple rate would be around 700 due to extra electrictiy and crap cost.

Located in nice area by UBC

Only thing is you have to live with me wrenching into the wee hours of the night
Let Me know if anyone is interested

$600 is a really good deal, especially since it's in a pretty trendy part of Vancouver. We charge $550 for our small batchlor pad in North Vancouver and that is a sweet deal, so $600 an all-inclusive 2 bedroom is awsome.

I'd rent it from ya, but the school bills (along with the TA ) are sucking me dry! I plan on moving out permanently in July or Aug though

People should be in a bidding war over this great deal. I used to live in that area and I miss it.

Too far for me or else I would be interested. Get me a good technical job over in that part of the world and I will bite though . As is I am looking in the Langley/aldergrove area.
Good Luck, always better to have people you know renting.

Mike, whats the address?

I'm not really familiar with Vancouver/Lower Mainland, so an address I can punch into mapquest would rock

My finacee and I will be married (june) and looking to rent a place for a year or more before we buy...

I *could* move out soon however... I'd love to take a look at the place... the only thing that gets me, is as you say, there is no living room... We really want a 2 bedroom... but who knows, this could be the place!

thanks man

That's a KILLER deal!! That area is awsome, right near parks and convenience stores!
I'd look into it when moving out but it'd be long gone by then!

Parking on the street? or would share your castle garage?

well on a more serious note ... (if all goes well) i should have a half decent payin job soon ... and im thinking about moving out ..

one of these days i'll give u a holler and swing out to check out the basement ...

my other choice is a pimp place on kits beach ... but the rent would be 2x as much as ur joint if i get a roomie for ur place ...

i'll come to see it anyway
