This is event number 6 out of 7 in the UBCSCC slush series. Anyone can come and race or watch.

The cost is $20 dollars to race, and $20 for a UBC sport car club membership for the year. If you need to renew, the membership fee is only $10.

As some of you know I went to the last event and it was a blast. The weather is looking decent for the weekend.

Any questions just ask - let's get some more of the ole General's muscle out there this time! If you don't want to race, come out and watch/ride. And don't be afraid to bring your winter beaters - we even had a stock K-car out there last weekend running VERY well all things considered .

It is time for a new beater for me, and I am debating whether I can live w/o a truck or not. If I can, I will pick up a little beater and hit the autoX thing fairly often. Im thinking 2.8l supra or something like that. Just enough to make tire smoke (they have 4.10 gears) and still small enough to corner ok. I figure its going to be a few years before my project gets on the road so I need something cheap and easy to hold me until then. Anyhow, I do intend to make autoX a regular thing if I get a car instead of a truck.

dude you can't count that, the only difference between you HAVING & NOT HAVING insurance is $30, the rest you'd need to spend anyways.
