ASAP: Shifter / Quickstick question

if i was to get a new shifter, it would include a new base and everything correct? ie: a BM Ripper would be a hole new unit. and a quickstick would just be a replacement shift stick.

Spo/Mike, the box was opened at the border I think. I've checked everywhere but they're not there.
