Anyone recommend a good manual trans shop?

Hi, Mostly I am looking to buy parts and ask a few questions from someone who knows hi-perf 4 spds. Specifically the BW T10. I need some work done on one so that when I rebuild it I will have a solid tranny under me.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Hey Cory, what 4spd would you recommend for me to run in my '69 Camaro? What's a better tranny, the BWT10 or a Muncie M21 or M22?

Personally I think that a super T10 (or a T10 with nickel gears etc) is better than the muncies. I like the borg-warners. No I havent honestly played with many good muncies but those that I have arent as nice as the BWs. I like the shifts on the BW better. The T10 is not in the same class as the superT10 and the rockcrusher (m22) but still a very capable tranny. Check out www.nastyz28.com for some tranny info.

Bolt in a six speed Ryan. That's what I want to do to my 81. The benefits will outweigh the costs in the end.

I think the t-10 or super t-10 would be the least expensive of the ones you listed and would have the best ratios. I can't remember which one has it but some 2.20 first gear 4- speeds have a huge gap between 1st and 2nd and are bad for performance. Do some digging on close and wide ratio four speeds and you'll see what I mean.
