which is why I would like the option of removing it and replacing it. WHy is this concept so hard to get across.
I don't give a **** about NHRA rules. The only thing I saw was :

12. Cars running 11.99 or quicker must have an approved roll bar , SFI belts and Jacket
and
14. Cars running 9.99 or quicker must have approved roll cage .
I got this off of the mission raceway website. Like I said before I don't plan on running 11's and I definetly don't plan on running 9's. From what I can tell, a roll bar is the bar that goes along the side, along the roof and down the other side. If I need to strap a harness to it then I wil put the bar back. If I don't, I won't. My other option is to run the bar and harness'es for the driver's side and put a post that run's in the middle to connect to it, therefore leaving the passenger front and rear seat fully accesible.

The only reason I want some sort of cage is to reduce the flex as much as possible, while still having my car as fully functional and enjoyable as before. I think it can be done, and that's what I intend to do. If I'm wrong then big freakin deal, I'll admit that I was wrong. I really don't care. I'm not overly concerned because I'm not screwin around with the moving parts, ie valvetrain, drivetrain, etc. I want my car set up for the street and not the strip.

sandeep .. the way my cage is designed, u cant even put backseats in there even if u took that crossbar out ... the 2 back bars go where the seat bench is .. so unless u get that modified then its uselss to u

as far as NHRA goes.. they require a 5 pt cage for 11.9 cars .. and that cross brace doesnt count as any points ... so if u find a way to secure ur harness without that bar, u dont need to have it

a rollbar is a 5 pt cage . a rollcage is a 10 pt cage ... a point is considered any spot where the cage meets the body/chasis

Well see that's a whole different story then. If that's the case I'm going to have to come see it first. You can officially put it backup forsale. I will try to come by and see it some time this week though

Interested in the seat although I was considering leather.

Also the PA member.

How does the PA differ from the BMR piece. One significantly better then the other?

Payam,

I've got some numbers in mind now...give me a call

At that time do you actually see yourself taking apart your car? In other words, how fast can I get my parts; are you in a rush?
