accident

class 5 at age 16, April 98.. (ok so Ive driven since I was 13) both parents were Corvette Autocross racers and I learned my reflexes from the best.... NO ACCIDENTS EVER

till now pile up in N Van.... I think my car's a write off.

anyways.. it was a gong show, I was seriously upset and sobbing n shyt, everyone was really nice tho. Everyone else was all fine, one even took off.

Glass cracked, door wedged shut, fluid leaks and my corner lenses popped off and were being run over by traffic! Not to mention my ankle may be fractured (from braking+impact) and my back is sore... damn it was harsh.

NOW I NEEDZ A CAR....

going to icbc tomorrow

Sorry to hear about your accident and I hope you have a full recovery, accidents are scary!

NOW I NEEDZ A CAR....
Take the cash from your right-off and any ICBC personal injury claim money and buy yourself the car of your dreams.

Doing 40k in a 50 zone is well below the speed limit. A lesson is learned from this experience I hope. Just imagine if you were tailgating at high speed and hit someone!

ouch looks like the cavaliers arent too safe a car. well if you haev full coverage youll get the cost of your car back but no injury claims as you were the driver, as far as i know anyways.

You are correct Roy. When I had a bad accident in my 95 TA both me and my passenger looked like we just went a few rounds with Lennox Lewis. We both walked in ICBC together and sat down. The rep said I get no personal injury claim but my passenger gets the "Cadillac treatment".

Sorry to hear about your accident. Hope you heal quickly! BTW, I heard about a seriously nice, low km, one owner '95 V6 Camaro for sale in Abbotsford, at the Pontiac dealer. Has about 40K km, its red, automatic, cloth interior. Might be worth a look. They are asking about $9000 for it, I think.

You might still be able to claim ACTUAL rehab medical costs even if you were at fault.... I mean what the hell is insurance for anyway?

Sorry to hear about your accident
