300c SRT8 vs CTS-V

Damn they are making this difficult to decide.

What to do, what to do?

I prefer the styling of the 300C. 425 HP on factory dubs is cool. Course the caddi has the 6 speed and the proven aftermarket parts.

Easy choice.

CTS all the way.

The 300C SRT8 is to be in the "high 13 second quarter range" - Woopee......

Plus it looks like an old person's car to me.

Then again...........mabye it is the correct choice.......

Re: 300c SRT8 vs CTS-V

For me it wouldnt even be a question of which one. I love the CTS-V. It's a 4 door ZO6. I dont know but I'm not a real big fan of the 300, it lokks like a wannabe Bently that got smashed in the front, back and top at the same time. Not for me.
I just looked at the pics of the "hemi" engine and it totally looks like a copycat of the LS1 intake. Looks identical

Easy choice; CTS-V! I know from experience it can spank a Lightning from a roll!

Re: 300c SRT8 vs CTS-V

I like both but the 300 seems like a real nice car & different for a change, just remember, that "HEMI" they are using is GM's 350 5.7L with LS1 copy cat intake & GM copy cat heads prolly aswell, no wonder the power is sooooooo similar to GM's LOL.

They both look cool but I would go for the Caddy.

the power output will be similar, its just weather you will like rolling in a caddy or in a chrysler. when you start modding cars its all the same.

CTSv, simply cause it has a 6 speed.. now if the SRT8 comes with a 6 speed, then it would get tough again..

Re: 300c SRT8 vs CTS-V

I like the 300's in the station wagon version, but the coupe has yet to do much for me. It's weird too because I usually HATE wagons.

I think I'd go for the CTS.

Re: 300c SRT8 vs CTS-V

When did you speak to him? Recently? I did not mention to him that I was looking for a V car. Spoke to him about 10 days ago. They have one now?

Wow, I should call him. I wonder if it is new or used.
