Picked up a 1996 SS

I have my 2002 WS6 for awhile now and many other fbody before that but I finally got my favorite car, a 1996 SS. I am not a huge fan of convertible or automatic but artic white is what I wanted and it's in pretty great shape so I jumped on it. Unfortunately it's missing the ss airbox and totl but everything else is there. I have since put on an slp blackwing and tfs elbow. Cant do much to it until the ws6 sells.

Eventually I would like to find some zr1 wheels for it too. But all in qll just enjoying it as of right now. Managed to snag a new jet dst for 265 brand new so I'll tune it here shortly.

Congrats nice car. How many miles? Get it to the track and get some baseline numbers.

140k but it feels like half of that. The car has very few rattles and drives very nicely.

Unfortunately NY isnt very drag strip friendly and the nearest is 4 hours away. I miss living in Florida!

If you have the K&N intake, it actually performs better than the SS box that SLP made for the LT1 generation SS, not to mention how you have to take it off when you want to do anything to the engine.
