Hello from south jersey

hey just brought a 93 Z28 with 130,000miles for 1500, everything is sound on. when i 1st bought it the car was stock, but now i have a slp loudmouth exhaust, and, a slp cold, and i plan on doing alot more as time goes on, and i am open to suggestions, by the way its auomatic but i hear theres alot you can do with a automatic LT1

Welcome! Nothing wrong with an automatic. Yes, there is plenty of things you can do with it and you came to the right place. Glad to have you here!

Welcome to the board. Mine began life as a stick but eventually I switched to an auto as it is more consistent for bracket racing.

Hi there. I've got an automatic too and to be honest it didn't really matter when we'd go out to the drags whether it was automatic or not, it was more about start and the tires too. Plus, if you hit it at its sweet spots, it'll go...and even if someone would happen to get up on us a little out on the street, it wasn't long before we sucked them back in

thank you every1 and after reading a few threads im seeing alot of ppl are using autos lol. i csant lie im impressed honestly, im actually converting over from imports so all these auto terms are kind of new to me even though ive heard them when my dad would talk about his vette

Lots of people have autos. Back in the 80's almost 80% of the f-body's were auto. Look at my cars. All 4 of them are auto. Welcome!
