We own a beautiful original Florida car. 1992 Z28 Convertible.
Unfortunately, the performance of this vehicle does not match it's good looks!
The 305 (5.0 litre), with automatic transmission combo is sad to say the least.
Besides the usual improvements of headers and exhaust, what else has anyone done to these cars? What work can be done to the motors themselves? What about tranny upgrades?
Looking for realistic suggestions. Thank you to anyone who offers suggestions.

Glad to see a recent influx of 3rd Gen owners. We have had a limited number of 3rd Gen'ers on the site in the past couple years. Hopefully you will be able to help other members, and receive the help you need with your issues.
