So I've been a lurker around the boards for a long time so I am glad to finally be on. I occasionally search the site for info on how to maintain/troubleshoot my 1984 Z28 Camaro that I've owned since I started driving nearly a decade ago.

I absolutely love my Camaro but unfortunately it blew a rod during a minor road trip.

I plan to embark on a rebuild project this Spring (both as a learning experience and to give myself something to do to take my mind off the everyday grind) and would appreciate any advice you all can provide when I submit the thread.

Anyways, glad to finally be on
