Post Where is the FFCC

I have received numerous inquiries from our members and the many active participants in the Firebirds Forever Car Club website since it was taken down. The FFCC apologizes for taking this action, especially when we have one of the most popular Firebird websites in the world! However, it was unavoidable because we learned that our website was being attacked and used by spoofers and hackers. We could not allow this to continue and had no recourse but to take the site down.

The FFCC website needs to be updated to the latest version of software in order to get it securely back on the web. As the FFCC is a voluntary association of members we have limited resources to complete this upgrade. If you are willing to lend us your website building expertise (we use PhpNuke) or are willing to send an additional donation to advance the cause please contact me at: RoxieFFCC@aol.com.

Although we are temporarily missing our website the Club is here for you and we are in the process of planning our biggest events for next year: the Headlights for Lighthouses tour of Maine and N.H. lighthouses , and our annual Tribute to Muscle Car show at Heberts in Shrewsbury!

Thank you all for your continued interest in the Firebirds Forever Car Club!,

Roxie

Re: Where is the FFCC

I will sticky this for a couple of weeks so people have time to get the word out. Let me know when you have the site back up please.
