>I went through a phase where I didn't want to mod my cars , but the bug came back eventually bit me again . You will just have to do what makes you happy , and if this is your primary vehicle than I can't blame you to want a totally reliable vehicle with both good gas mileage and warranty .I have a 2000 Chev. Silverado P/U for that reason (except gas mileage )

I always talk about selling my 83. BUt I doubt I ever would. I have done too much to the car, I think I would miss it. Or be sad if I ever heard someone wrecked it. So this winter I will do LT's and a dual exhaust and talk about selling it next year.

I would go for an LS1 car if I were you. They are sweet. Ram-Air T/A yummmm

I go through the same thing every winter.Car I owned before was a 90 Stang coupe Built everything with ATI D1.Made 520hp at the rear wheels on a 306 shortblock.Got sick of it.Bought my 01 Hawk(first new car ever) and so far it's been good.Makes over 380rwhp,I have had no problems( except my abuse)Has gone down the track over 65 times this year and wouldn't think twice about going to Florida tomorrow with it
I like the new and reliable thing.

I get bored too but I just add to the collection, I got a 2002 trailblazer loaded, I got a grand prix for the winter also. Plus my 2001 Z28 with about 30g in it now.

TRAITOR!!!!! turned to the dark side, eh? congrats on your purchase (since i know you made one today, but dont worry i wont spoil your surprise) and its a shame you lost interest. however, im sure youll start modding this one, get bored and get a vette......now, if you took all that money you just spent, and have spent, and certainly will spend, you coulda had your vette by now!!

Congrats on the SS. I have been trying forever to sell my 01 Z28 Sunset Orange Vert. Well, seems like forever.
