Just bustin' ya dude, I know exactly what you mean. After 10 long years I finally have a perfectly clean driving record. Being an @ss is very expensive

hehe, my stupid *** went to the movie theatre a few weeks ago to meet a couple buddies and a "street racing" team was there. 2 hondas, 1 sti, and a 6 cyl stang. the mustang broke the tires loose a lil, and my stupid *** didnt see the cop standing infront of the movie theatre so i broke them loose and didnt a good 60-70 ft burn out and then left the movie theatre and got pulled over by their black trail blazer then 2 official units came lmao. they couldnt get me for wreckless driving or anything cause of it bein in a private parking lot but they gave me a ticket for loud exhaust, bald tires(slicks), and this one i dont understand! but heh my license plate lights being out? and only one of them was out so it was still illuminated lmao. i just thought it was funny how they pulled me over and took about 45 min to figure out what they could ticket me for.

ok so yesterday (1/04/07) there was ummm about 30 cops in Dorchester towards the hood. all up and down columbia road (if ya know where i am). i drive all day in the maro and i passed all these cops wit loud exhaust, no front license plate, no license plate light and i have a new york plate and they did nothing. i mean i pass the same one like 4 times in second gear to get a response out of him and he just drooled. but they pulled over some of the least expected people. like a lot of older people.
just thought it was weird.

but wouldn't that give them more reason. If they knew I was living in new york then i wouldn't/couldn't fight the ticket cause of the distance? right or am i just stupid again?

This is for the most part...
They cannot enforce other states laws..you have out of state plates. Not up to them to say your to loud for your state.
Not all states have front plates. Both NY and MA do but who knows it the police are even looking at that at the time.
and if its a check like that it usually is for MA motorist.
and the last thing is I run with the cutout open..if you keep your car clean and looking nice they will not pull you over for loud exhaust IF it sounds right. If it sounds like your missing your muffler then they will pull you over.

i got off the highway at the next exit, i was doing about 90 before he got up behind me so i wasnt taking any chances. and yea, its cool to see stateys with performance cars, but it looks even better with the painting.

i drive to Rhode Island every day for work, if you ever drive on rt 24, through rhode island, stay at the speed limit, they have so many damn undercover cops on that highway its unbelievable
