Hey guys, I used to live in Boston but recenly moved to California. I had a few parts at my friend's house Shawn (Super83z). Mike was interested in buying a TPI intake which I had agreed to sell him and he picked it up at Shawn's house. While there, I asked him to get my NX nitrous kit and send it to me, since Shawn was often busy and did not have the time to send it out. Well after about 4 months of not hearing from him, I am finally fed up.

He will not answer my phone calls and turns his phone off when I call. I'm coming back to Boston to visit in a few months, but really did not want to wait that long to get my nitrous kit.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out. He's not very smart considering I know where he lives and where he goes to school. I didn't even care about the TPI intake I just wanted my N20 kit. If anyone can help me out, please reply or PM me. Thanks guys

So did you pay for the n2o, or trade for the intake. I am unclear on that

 

The n20 kit and the tpi intake were both mine. They were at a buddy's garage because when I moved to California, I had to have somewhere to store all my parts that I didn't initially ship.

Mike was a friend of mine and he wanted a tpi intake. I just asked him to pick up my n2o kit when he got the tpi intake. I asked him to do this because we were friends and Shawn had been busy at the time to ship the n2o kit.

This may not be so easy.
Why didn't you take your parts with you?
Perhaps his cell number is different and someone else now has his old number.
Perhaps he no longer lives where he did.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, just saying that sometime college age people can be hard to track down and as I remember from my college years, stuff can get lost or moved or stolen or junked or just left behind really easily without ill intent.

 

I called the number posted about 3 weeks ago. The only reason he picked up is because he did not know that it was me and I called from a restricted number. If you call his phone you'll see that his message comes up with his name, so I know it is his number. Also, I had a friend call him yesterday and leave a message and he actually called back, but hung up when he found out what the call was about. School is out for the summer, but he has co-op. Unfortunately I'm not sure if he still has this address, but I might try to ask a few friends to go find out if he still lives there.

Therefore, I know that the cell number is still his. Also, I know he avoids my calls, because if I call very late, the phone will ring, then he shuts his phone off and it goes right to the answering machine.

When I called him 3 weeks ago, he claimed that he had not been online because his computer had crashed. I was willing to buy that, but just wanted my nitrous kit. He said he would send it out to me soon. I then found him online while I was logged on on another screen name. I asked him why he was blocking me and he told me it was because he was at work and he had the nitrous kit boxed up and ready to ship that day. He told me he would email me or IM me the tracking number. This was about 2 weeks ago and I have not heard a word from him since.

Oh and I left alot of things behind because the move was rather short notice. We hired a moving company and it was very expensive to send our things from Boston to California. Therefore, I left quite a few tools and parts behind, so I could pick them up later or have them shipped to me. This is why I didn't take everything with me.

 

Yeah he came and picked up that stuff. What is his problem. The deal was he gets the intake for shipping the N2O kit.Hopefully I'll run into him somewhere. But yea I can verify that he does in fact have this stuff. SO basically so far he got a free intake and a N2O kit out of this??!!! What a dick what goes around comes around.

 

First of all I aplogize for taking so long to ship this kit. I work full time and take two classes at night, the slow shipping is my fault.
You told me you needed to kit shipped by the end of the month, right? Today is the 1st, so sorry bout that.

I have a problem with two things, first how half the story is posted here in an effort to make me look bad.



Why did you leave out the part about me driving to your house, spending my entire weekend rebuild your rear, and dropping it back to you? remember when i asked you over months for my payment(half of which i burnt up driving back and forth to your house,regardless). I needed money for rent and book but you "forgot" for 8, yes EIGHT, months. for a lousy 100 bucks.

You happened to "remember" to spend the moneyto me, convienetly when you wanted me to drive to pick up your stuff for you. Funny how you left out that 8 months part. Did I turn into a drama queen and post your PERSONAL info all over the internet? Nope.

Thanks to the dozen people who've left me quite childish and disgusting voicemails. Since I work 50 hours a week and take two thermo classes a night, it might be awhile until i can return those calls


EDIT: Just saw that shawn posted, do you want to tell him what you think of him here, like you've told me after he also avoided you for months, lol.

EDIT 2: The TPI intake? Honestly, we both know that the base and plenum are un-useable, and the dented runners are the only I might salvage. I have no problem sending those to you also.

Mike, lets not try and deny that YOU'RE the one that wanted the TPI intake. I only asked you to get the n2o because you wanted to get the TPI intake. It was just a friend asking another friend for a favor, it was never supposed to turn into this All you had to do was answer my phone calls and I would not have made it public. I did apologize for my lateness on the payment for the rear end, but I still made good on that. Also, remember when you bought my headers and took months to pay me for that? I did not make a public scene of that. You were blocking me and weren't answering your phone calls, I'm sorry I had to do it but what else did you want me to do?

Once again, all you had to do was answer my phone calls which I know you were getting. You even called my friend back when he called you and left a message!! All this could have been avoided...if you're willing to drop everything I can delete this thread and we can call it a draw. PM me, Call me, Email me, or IM me.

I dont get it, you told me you needed it shipped by the end of the month (june). I shipped it july first, which i admit is wrong, put putting my personal details on the internet and now i'm getting harrased, and my COMPANY is getting harrased?

I apologize for being busy and not getting it out, i just wish you gave me the leniency that I gave you with my payment.
