I was up there last night.Traction really sucks on Wed. nights.Best 60 was 1.844 and I only ran 2- 12.2's By the end of the night most of the cars were getting loose on the top end including myself probly due to ice forming or something.Guess I won't hit 11's till next year

Maybe. Right now the weather in NJ is forcasting rain for Friday night and Saturday. I am planning on driving to Englishtown but not if the forcast is rain for the two days I have to race. If I don't go to Ne Jersey I just may try and run on Friday night at NED. I'm not quite ready to call it a season.

Weather.co is showing 100% chance of rain on Saturday in NJ so it looks like I will try and be at NED tonight.

I am sweatin' breaking something with my dr's. How long have you run with dr's? Ever broke anything? What rpm you launch? Dump the clutch or slip it out?

this will be time number 3 at the track and i have put about 15 passes or so on them i dumped it from 2g's to 4 they will break loose before they break your rear i think but it can happen i say go for it take the chance if it breaks it'll give all that much more reason to get a 12 bolt!

Sure...but when you got 200 bucks in your bank account and no other means of transportation, it would suck

So when you say go easy, just ride the clutch out?

Instead of a sharp foot slip you do a fast release of the clutch. This lessens shock to the driveline. You still let it out fast, but not harsh like a true dump.

It is possible to break a rear on drag radials, I did it at NED a couple of years back doing only 1.8 sixty foot times.
