ME/NH/MA/Boston Area Spring G2G Part Deux

<<--- tnthub can we sticky this? -->>

Last year was VERY sucssesful. I was really surprised and happy with the turn out, so I thought "hey lets plan a little earlier this year and do a repeat " Hopefully this year we'll get some C5s to beat...I mean hang out with

So here is the deal, I will chose a spot and a date, however I would like to elicit some feedback on both. I think to be fair to everybody the ideal spot should be South of Boston (albeit fairly close), and the ideal date will be late March (I'm thinking the last Saturday of the month--the 29th).

Last year we had a little under 30 LS1s/LT1s show up, plus Dean from New England Dyno and Tom Byrnes from TByrne Racing. This was not a sponsored event, it was just a pure unadulterated BS session We met up at the Uno's in Framingham shot the breeze, looked at cars (including some monsters Tom brought) and then went in and had lunch. Here are pictures from the event

I will post this on other boards, and will update the posts as info becomes available.

So post away...and visualize warm weather (with plenty of rain before that washing of the salt and sand).

Hey guys!

Glad to see there is some interest! Several people have suggested F1 Boston, so I am going to look in on that. Additionally, there is always requests to do this at hooters from the peanut gallery...so maybe we'll have to do that

How does everybody feel about March 29th? To close to being winter?

Lemme know!

Yes Rich, tell us

I searched the hooters site (definately not a cool thing to be doing at work) for some info, to no avail.

I'll try ringing them up later this week.

We have one more offering, the Uno's in Braintree Mass. Need something with a big lot, were the owners won't mind.

Perhaps a trip to a local wymmin clothing optional joint is in order.

Count me in for the get together as long as the roads are clean. I haven't started the car since Thanksgiving.

The skirt stays on, and the car stays clean.

lol, i wish i could leave on a skirt and keep my car clean in the winter 2day on the way to school around 8am i slid and hit a snowbank, my dad and i had to shovel and push and rock it back and forth for about 4 hours to get it out. everything looks and seems fine for now.... hopefully my little escapade wont hurt my baby

Have it at HOOTERS!!

I don't believe the Marlboro Hooters is opening in the immediate future. I haven't heard a timeframe either.
