Actually I was goin to do that in a 1985 S10 that I found for $100 (Except I was going to put the V8 in the bed so I could have a mid engine truck ) The only thing is that the chassis was what you would call rusty to the point that if you would touch it it would crumble.
Thanx for the idea anyways

>1984 - up = bad
they will require emissions where a 1983 - down ... will not .
I almost bought a 1982 and was going to install a 1994 - up ... nose clip (I like the way they looks better) with a LT1 under the hood and make a street/drag truck . especially an extended cab .

I got an 88 Trans Am GTA. Leather, t-top, 5 speed, 305 rebuilt about 10k ago....needs interior work, body work and it doesn't run for some reason, it sat for a year or two....1,000 could take it. By the way, its black, power windows, locks, hatch, lumbar seats.

Sounds good but as I stated I only have about $200's. Also anybody from NH mabe thinkin about selling a project, because if its worth it I might be able to talk my uncle who live in NH to help me pick it up. One more thing, I now have a $100 more to play around with, I was able to talk my parents into loaning me an extra $100, so now I have $300.
thanx and please reply
Mike
