Post fuel system ???

>I'm going crazy here (wasn't that far of a drop anyway) with my new combo stroker/blower/N2O ,yada yada yada ... I'm being advised to drop the t-rex inline and go with a dual Walbro GSS340M intank ($500.00 + new sending unit )with harness plug and play and shoot all this pressure and flow through the stock fuel lines suppose to be good for 700 HP .
***What are you guys/gals doing as far as fuel system ?***

andre,

i got the 255 walbro in tank and 255 inline.
its good up to about 700 hp. i think i paid about 300 for everything and it fits to your existing fuel lines.

i bought it from jack at muscle motors. he had them in stock and i had it in 3 days. some people dont like him but i never had a problem with him. just ask him if he has them in stock. 1- 818 888-7778.

i ran my car on the dyno with that system and the car did not run lean at all. as the horsepower went up the car ran richer.

ed did the install with no problems. the reson the t rex sucks is if you put a 255 in the tank and the t rex is only 190lph (not sure). the t rex is slowing the gas down because its smaller than the in tank.

i just dropped my car off at eds again. im putting a bigger exhaust on. long tubes with a custom 4inch exhaust. im also putting on a smaller pulley. hopefully should see 600 rw horses.

good luck

dennis

>Cool Dennis ,
(I also posted this in the forced ind sect.)
I ordered a new fuel sending unit ($164.00) ,and the plan is dual intank Walbro GSS-340M (remove t-rex) plumb into the existing fuel lines .
www.racetronix.com is setting up the dual intanks for $500-ish bucks + S/H .
Now I have extra parts (head start for the Classic Camaro build up (1968 or 1970 ) which include your old LT1 , my old heads,intake,30# inj.,stock 48mm T/B,Walbro GSS-307M intank fuel pump, T-Rex inline fuel pump, original 10 bolt w/4.10:1 GM gears and more garage parts .I plan on having the original parts in the garage to be drivible . what to do with the original exhaust ... nah won't use them .
