Post digital cable

>If you have digital cable than you probably know what I'm talking about .
There are cable stations on the "MAGIC BOX" that have music only no video and the family has been playing the "sounds of the seasons" channel ... driving me bonkers :hate: .

Thanks

Hopefully my parents will get rid of this AOL crap and get cable internet. 56k just isn't cutting it anymore

Right now my parents are paying $45 a month for basic Charter cable (not digital) and another $23 a month for the AOL. So hopefully I'll talk them into the charter digital cable

>Yes that's pretty much what we pay .
With Charter Cable Broadband you only get 2 email addresses for the household and you don't receive any of the **** channels (cost extra) on cable tv , but you will get cool stations like TechTV , and Speed Channnel .

I have the Charter package here. I pay $79.00 a month for cable and internet, no pay stations like HBO..etc. I still have AOL and I only pay $14.95 a month. As I am no longer dialing up thru AOL. That's where AOL gets a little bit cheaper. Hope this helps.
