Question Dash plaques from MOT show?

just curious... anyone who went to the MOT show receive the dash plaque yet? I am not holding my breath at this point, maybe there was grass between the etching on the plaque or something so points may have been deducted

According to the MOT they did not order the dash plaques in time for the show. If you filled out the pink sheet in the registration packet, they should be sending you one. Contact Elln Hagney from the MOT she is the Visitor Services Manager hagney@mot.org 617.522.6547 Ext. 14.
It was not the fault of either the FFCC or the ECCC for the delay in plaques. I'm still curious as to how they look.

Sorry for the delayed response I have been on vacation. MOT photos are up on our website, by the way.

As a member of he East Coast Camaro Club, I am disappointed that we have not received our dash plaques at this time as well.
Roxie is quite right, it was not our show-it was the MOT's show.
I, too, plan to call the museum tomorrow to inquire
to their tardiness in this matter.
Hopefully it will be resolved quickly.
In regards to the show, it was great. The assortment of F-Body cars ran from ground shaking street beasts to the "never been registered" 35th Ann T/A CE!! The mixture of color and steel was as good as any Camaro/Firebird show anywhere in the USA.
Although this may be a "snafu" I am hopeful that it won't discourage those who attended this fine event in the future,
Best regards

To all those F-Body owners that exhibited their cars at the MOT on 21 Jul 02-THE DASH PLAQUES are in the mail. I received mine yesterday.
They are a very high quality brass plate electroengraved with the "Carriage House". They measure 3.5 x 2.5 inches engraved with the LARZ ANDERSON AUTO MUSEUM/CAMARO AND FIREBIRD DAY/july21,2002.
I'm sure that next year they will be better prepared for us!!
Best regards to all,
Rick
