Is CT Highway Patrol using unmarked GTOs?

On my way home for Easter I was driving south on Interstate 95 through CT and saw someone pulled over by an Unmarked GTO.

Can anyone verfy if this is true, or if maybe it was just some one with a light bar in there GTO.
