My days of taking the State Police and Civil Service Exams are over... Thought about it about it pretty seriously back in the early '90s, took the exams with 98 and higher grades and still couldn't make the cut. Now having worked for city gov't the past 6yrs realize that the only place I will want to go in the future is the private sector (more $ and more benefits and less risk). ...With the recent State Police Exam thread, I figured I would pass along the civil service info in case anyone was interested or hadn't seen it.
