I would have to say verizon is probably the best all around. Although Nextel is the best but nextel's problem is there customer service sucks the big one and they are partially owned by the govt. or something like that so go figure why there customer service sucks.

here here... i'm with Verizon

their actual coverage is great, people I know with other providers have trouble getting a signal sometimes. i have that digital plan where 99.99% of the populated places you'll ever be are your home calling area, and i dont pay long distance... its like 40 bucks a month for 300/4000 or something like that.

are you serious??? Nextel's customer service has always been awesome for me

I have Nextel and the i90c
they just started a new offer thats got a total of 5000 minutes, check out http://www.nextel.com for the info on that as well as phone prices.

I love nextel although their service can have random dead spots, you really can't beat the convenience of the 2-way feature. I would suggest nextel to anyone who is looking for a new phone.

oh yeah and stay the hell away from sprint pcs, they suck so much its not even funny

I use a Nextel i1000 plus. While you definately get some dead spots, the Nextel two way radio is great. My brother and my friend Jack both have Nextels, and when we go out cruising, it's nice to have instant info on where cops are and where the action is. Doesn't use up your cell minutes either.

T-Mobile/VoiceStream sux... way to many dead zones and dropped calls. I plan to switch to Verizon when my contract is up in February.

thats what 2-way radios are for man..dont need that option on a cell phone...they only cost like $20-$30 and are well worth it, PLUS i know alot more people with 2-ways then nextels
