Nothing but bad things.

Now, granted those were for Ford's, but it goes to show you what happens when a shop works on ALL kinds of engines.

What specifically are you looking for?

WHERE??? HELP!!!

OK my header install is going on around 2 months now. And the worst thing is that I'm at school, an hour and a half away from my house. Ny garage or tools at school means I can't work on my car. I'm sick of waiting to get it running and I'm prolly not going home till Thanksgiving. Anyways, what I need done is:

-Header bolts tightened (like some need 2 or three complete turns done)
-And maybe my EGR valve isn't on right (would this make my car sound like a train)
-Also I should have someone replace my spark plug wires, or atleast the burned ones (I got 1200* heat wrap)

ANYWAYS, where can I get this done and how much will it cost?

Bob (BadIroc) has dealt with them. He bought a long block from them, they said it would work fine with TPI, but apparently the cam is pretty mismatched for TPI.

Ask him for more details

What kind of headers are you putting on? If the headers aren't tight, that's probably what's making it sound like a train.

my best friend's dad is very good friends with Chad (the owner) and he just built him a 406

I know he has sent many people to Golens and not had any complaints. I'm hoping that once I get some extra $$ laying around I'll have them build me one (I just can't leave well enough alone huh)

I know how it is Jay I can't stop! By the way, my 383 shortblock came from Golen's. I haven't had any complaints. I've put almost 30k hard ones on it since last Nov. Quick service, knowledgeable, and good price.

>I would just go to Sears and buy a 10mm or 3/8 wrench and tighten the header bolts all should be accessible from the top unless you have "Popeye" forearms . I would get it done before it gets cold .
Later ...
stay safe
