Zex Jet Help PLZ

I have a used dry zex kit for my lt1 and I need to make sure I have the right jets before I juice it for the first time. I had zex send me jets for 75 hp, they sent a .082 (fuel?) and .040 (nitrous?)
If you are running the same kit or know if this is the correct jetting please reply.

I dont know about the new wet kits...but yeah, the dry kit you should have a corresponding jet for the FPR side of the kit also. The numbers I posted above are correct.

Where the hose runs from the NMU to the FPR(not the intake), there should be a jet. That is how the kit knows how much n2o pressure to bleed off into the FPR side. Without it, you are running really really rich becasue you are allowing all the n2o bottle pressure to bleed off into the FPR instead of the corresponding amount with the hp shot you are running. It fits in the metal attachment to the box where that hose would connect.

Well....Im not really sure. I have never taken apart the NMU yet. All I know is that on a dry kit(reguardless of how its activated) you should still have jets for the fuel pressure side(FPR). The jet should go into the hose that is on the opposite side the of nitrous line coming out of the NUM. Example, if the N2O braided line is on the left side of the box on the right side one going to the FPR there should be a jet that fits in there where it attches to the NMU, not the FPR side of that hose.

On my site in the "Trans Am Pics" section there is a picture of my NMU. The hose on the right(or top) depending on how you view that pic should have a jet in it where that hose it attached to the NMU and going towards the FPR.

And, Im guessing since the FPR is used in your kit that it must be a dry kit as well. If thats the case, you SHOULD have the fuel jets in there also.

...Im not really sure. I would guess that your OK because its bleeding off all the bottle pressure to the FPR, meaning that your car is super, super rich on the bottle. Usually rich isnt a bad thing in terms of blowing up your engine...but your cats(if you got them) might not like it very much. I would suggest calling ZEX tech...dont email them, they never respond. And ask them If they can send you the proper jets for the fuel side. I bet youll notice a huge difference in SOTP with the correct jets. Good luck, hope you get it fixed.
