That system is not designed for the LT1...the LT1 needs another piece to supply vaccuum to the fuel pressure regulator to bump the fuel pressure for the needed fuel enrichment.

Say if I were to run a 100 shot kit. Would it blow my motor apart or will I be ok. I only have 59,000 mials on the stock bottom end. And what kind of time improvement would I see, I am trying to get into the tens right now my best is 11.8.

to drop from an 11.8 to a 10.9 will take a 150-200 shot

I dropped from an 11.61 to a 10.98 with a 150 shot...this was on the same day at the track

the stock bottom end can handle up to a 150 shot
