Wiring Questions using the NX Maximizer

I contacted the company who makes the NX Maximizer but I need Camaro specific information. All connections will be soldered and sealed with heat-shrink tubing.

TPS Singnal Input 0-5 volts - what wire color/tracer off the connector?

Transmission Brake Input (12 volts) - I will negate that since I have a manual

Tach Signal Input (12 volts) - what wire color/tracer is that? Doesn't it feed directly from the ecm to the instrument cluster? I thought it was 5 volts. I really need help here before I tear into the ECM searching for the wire.

Ignition Retard Control - I've got a Jacobs Pro Street but I don't know which wire is used to trigger the retard. I'll contact Jacobs and let you know here...

Also, they want me to tap into the O2... where can I get a small O2 Extension Cable? I'd rather tap and solder that than the original harness... which I may have to do for the TPS and Tach.

Thanks... I was also hoping that someone tried this system. That way they could give a few pointers on how/where to solder.

really the only thing i have played with is the VSS wire. If you need that its a green wire with a white stripe behind the glove box. BTW there are 4 wires that look identical. Just take a guess, and after cutting the wire, drive the car and see if the speedo works.

Do some leg work

Thanks Drew Is there a connector nearby behind the glovebox that I can tap into before cutting? Or is it just a loom that I will need to splice into?
