Why so slow, or is this normal??

Well, ran the 150 for the first time with mods in the sig.

Ran a 12.48 @ 116.99 w/ a 2.195 60 foot on nittos, which were spinning in 2nd a bit, and beginning of 3rd slightly.

Becuase I ran a 12.48 @ 113.086 with a 100 shot, I feel my new best is slow.

Maybe I was spinning to much??

It was also very humid out, 1950 elevation, and my header gaskets are blowing...

I have been told that if fuel pressure is too low it wont show results. I read in another thread some time ago that when your car runs lean; the N2O doesnt do its job well.
Might want to check your fuel pressure!

Properly checking the plugs after a WOT run is important to me. Basically shut the ignition off when you get out of the throttle at the end of the run. Don't turn the ignition off enough to lock the steering wheel though! That can cause big problems. Could be too lean...Could be too rich.

If Humidity was higher than normal, elevation was higher than normal, your gaskets are shot, AND you got a bad 60 foot time, I'd say you're doing ok with nearly a 4mph GAIN!

Get some real tires(ET Streets of ET Radials for your stock rims). Lots of torque when that little button gets pushed and right now you're not properly/safely dealing with it. 11's written all over that combo

Forgot to mention, I am running an MSD digital window switch set at 2800 to 5800. Rev limiter is at 6000 thanks to the tune.

What was the bottle pressure for the N20? If your pressure was extremely low that could be the problem also.

Ummmm, you picked up 4 MPH. Nothing is wrong besides the fact that you are 60 footing worse than a stock LT1. MPH shows horsepower, not ET.

Bottle pressure was 1100 thanks to a heater, forgot to mention that also. The reason I ask if this is slow is becuase I've read that ppl dig into the 11s @ near 120 with the same mods.

My 60 foot tells alot too tho, and the fact that I was spinning into 2nd and 3rd.

Do you have and LCA or LCA relocation brackets? Also look into some stickier tires the new M/T Drag radials are wicked.

Yes they are. I cut a 1.63 on them with COMPLETELY stock suspension. Not one upgraded or aftermarket piece.

Look into getting some stickier tires and/or some suspension modifications. You will be running right around high 11 with a 1.9 60ft. I'd highly recomend tires before anything else because even if you do suspension mods if your tires are sticky you'll still spin. Just be careful leaving the line and no crazy clutch drops and your rearend should be fine.
