What is your preferred brand for N20 equipment? POLL

Just as the title says, which brand do you feel provides the best equipment?

Anything you would strictly stay away from? Reasons?

And post up if you run wet, dry, direct port.

I think this would be a good thread to get going in here with all the recent threads of guys asking which brand they should get, what kit, etc.

So post it up.

I am running a HSW wet kit and havent had any problems with it. It was a breeze to install and have no gripes about it.

Isn't it called Nitro daves, Nitrous Oulet? Anyways, I'm new to this game and that's the one I went with. The plate kit with all the bells a whistles. Plus I'm waiting on a nano system to go with it.
What a nice improvement in my track times. And this is spraying from 4k to 6k. With a little more adjustment I think a very high ten will be possible.

I run an NX kit, but with accessories from Nitro Dave and Harris Speed. I also bought the kit itself from Nitro Dave. I think favorably of all three companies.

Z-Rated, Yea you been pulling some awesome times out of that set up. Been keeping an eye on your posts for a while now. One of the few LT1 guys running a near full weight, street car, and coming damn close to 10's ... on the stock short block.

As for me, my setup is a Nitrous Express single nozzle wet kit. All NX accessories. I wanted an NX kit because they make the best solenoids. Then I came across an awesome deal for everything, and couldnt resist. I went with all NX stuff, and I have to say, I am very impressed with the quality of the kit. Now if only I had some money to get out there and spray this thing before I put the car away for winter ... Local track is closed now too ... Spring'll be here soon though.

These threads are more about what kit someone has rather than who is the best. Most people don't have experience with all the different companies, only the one they have.

Most companies use good parts, what you have to look at is whether or not they will fit your needs now and in the future and how well those parts will work under adverse conditions. The support both during the sale and afterwards should also play into the decision on who to use.

Kinda funny no one will touch NOS and its sister company Edelbrock. They dont make a bad kit, just use cheaper solenoids.

They use a quality solenoid...they just don't market to the EFI crowd....go to any Pro-mod race and look at the nitrous kits they use....almost 100% NOS and Speedtech.

I picked Nitro Daves. Parts are parts, what matters is service. None of the others would have decided to add a monoblade plate to the gp just for a few of us. About to finish up the nitrous kit for next season. They will be gettin my business.

Harris Speed Works gets my vote. I've been running the HSW Wet Kit for about a year now and it hasn't skipped a beat. That and I like the black look of most of thier parts. The customer service is great and they always go out of the way to help me out. I plan on switching to one of the plate kits one day...

Hahah, it was late, I was tired. But I am 100% SICK of seeing every week, "Which kit should I buy?"

We have enough stickys at the top to say WHAT you need. So I figured I'd start a thread to give some people an idea of what brands everyone likes the best.

i just got my 1st NX kit and it looks realy nice (i won it in a raffle) it came with thier new carbon fiber solinoids.
but all my other kits are NOS, there not bad at all there rated to 150, but i squeeze 175 through them with hardly any issues. the best flowing valves i have used so far are off of NOS bottles the HIflow and super hi flow valves. ive also attempted to use a standard sherwood valve and it sucked donkyballs i also have some knock off valve on my 20lb bottle and it seems to flow just as well as a NOS Hi flow valve.
ive also used a ZEX dry kit, we call it the old trusty because its like 10 years old or older and it works like a damn charm every time! oh and i pump alot of nitrous through cars in a summer!!
nitrous on my camaro SS, Z28, trans am, and my cobalt SS supercharged.
