Arrow What point needed for forged internals, and ? bout new ZEX kit.

i want a n/a motor with close to 500 or bout 450 hp, and i'd like to just use the spray, but would i absolutely need expensive forged internals for only a 100-150 shot?
And what about the new ZEX kit with the self managing system or whatever, anyone got that yet? good reports? bad? show me some love ppl.

Zex is an awesome kit. Ive had it for about 4 months now. Comes with an in-line fuel pump.If you look at their page, youll notice the lt1 kit is like $140 more than the imports. Thats because of the fuel pump. The other kits dont include it. I bought my LT1 kit off Ebay brand new for $610. It save about the price of the fuel-pump, compared to buying it from Zex. The kit is pretty easy to install. It took me about a week to install everything. Thats becuase I bought the remote opener, bottle warmer, and a custom purge kit + new plugs, wires and a window switch. I also took my good old time installing everything. Expect to spend about $1200-1400 for everthing. You wont be disappointed.

As far as the forged internals, you can get them DIRT CHEAP at a place that I found yesterday. Their site is:

www.dyno-flo.com

They have 4340 forged steel parts for AT LEAST $150 cheaper than Jeg's or Summit.

I am going to build a fully forged 355 that includes the following:

Eagle ESP Rods (4340), Eagle ESP crank, (4340) Ross Pistons, Clevite rod and main bearings, Childs and Albert rings, etc.

Jeg's wants $679.99 for the Eagle crank, $499.99 for the Eagle rods, $50.00 for the main bearings alone, and Summit's prices for those Child's and Albert kits START at $213.99, but this copmany sells them for $135.00

They'll be saving me HUNDREDS on my rebuild which will all go towards my NX kit.
