We need your feed back!!!

I would like to thank everyone for the support you have given us over the years. 06 was very good to us. Every year we grow more and more. We want to make sure that as we grow the quality of our customer service does not fall short.

We have made lots of changes as we have grown. Here are some of the changes we have made over the years.

1. Full time knowledgable technicians to answer your phone calls when you call.( No answering machines and a call back here) These same techs are responsible for tech emails and pms.

2. Updated shipping department so that your shipments go out a fast as possible.

3. We are stocking as much product as we can according to what part numbers sale.

4. Constant changes to our web site to give you updated info and pictures.(Still a work in progress)

5. We try to carry the largest selection in products possible. (One stop shopping)

6 .R&D, We strive to build new innovated products with the newest technology available.(We spend countless hours in this area)

7. We strive to make sure that offering a quality product always comes before price.(We do not cheat quality to get cost down)

These are just a few of the things we try to concentrate on. Here at Nitrous Outlet we know that YOU are the most valuable asset to our company. We strive to make sure that we do anything in our power to help you with your project. Customer service and quality products are something that holds the highest priority here at Nitrous Outlet.

Now with all that is said above I am comming to you for your feed back. We know that the best person to tell us what we are doing right and what we are doing wrong is YOU. If you have had a personal dealing with Nitrous Outlet please share what you were happy with and what you were unhappy with. I know I am painting a target on my chest. :jest: I am looking for constructive criticism for things we could improve on as well as a pat on the back for things we are doing great at...

Please give us a over all vote. Then post your reasoning behind your vote choice. Please only vote if you are a Nitrous Outlet customer and have a actual dealing with Nitrous Outlet.

Thank you for your support. We are looking forward to staying the number 1 choice for all your Nitrous needs in 07.

Dave

I voted you guys excellent in customer service, I couldn't be happier with the transactions I have done with you guys. As for some constructive criticism or ideas rather, maybe you guys can offer a service where you make custom length AN hoses for customers.

Yes, little ole dumb me didn't see it on your website so I assumed you guys didn't offer the service. If you add it to your site, I'm sure it will help others as well.

I have placed a couple small orders with your company and could not be happier. I really like how you treat all your customers the same whether they spend $1000 on a new nitrous kit or $100 on a bottle mount and micro switch mount like myself. Nothing but good things to say here.

You guys do great, wish I didnt have to pay Texas sales tax but I dont think any thing short of tax evasion can solve that On a serious note I have dealt with vendors that use the UPS Quantum View, Thunder Racing being one, always thought that was a cool feature how it e-mails customers and what not. Just a thought as you guys grow you may want to look in to a shipping solution such as that to make it easier by not being tied up sending out tracking numbers and what not.

What happened to all the LT1 stuff on your website? I couldn't find the plate system or the micro switch brackets for LT1s anymore...

Yes we have to have X amount of the plates machined at a time in order to keep cost affordable. Unfortintly it was not a good enough mover.

Well that sucks, but I understand. Damn I was holding off on buying that kit until I had some other stuff out of the way on my car, looks like I shouldn't have waited

...you wouldn't happen to have any of those discontinued plates leftover would you?
