Wink water injection for nitrous?

I have a 2001 Z-28 with a 125hp shot of juice. I have always heard that 125 is safe, and that 150 would be pushing the envelope...would water injection allow me to run more boost? The internals are stock. later on i plan to have the top end built. Also, does the hypertech programmer have a negative effect when i spray?

i believe the water injection would not help with nitrous. h2o injection is used to cool a intake charge that is heated when compressed by a super/turbocharger . Nitrous does the same thing(cool intake air) except to a larger extent. The 150hp "limit" is mainly because the pistons fail. Using race gas might be a way to help the motor survive with 150 shot. THe higher octane is less likely to preingnite and cause piston failure.
