Upgrading for 200 shot

Well we have pinks "all out" coming down here feb 20. I'm going to get the car ready and try out, the index to be selected is usually 10.0-10.7, so i need my car to get into that range on the bottle. I have an NX Gen I kit on the car, but i have yet to spray it. I know i need to upgrade the lines from the solenoids to the nozzle. Will the solenoids hold up to it? Also, i dont have a nozzle on the car yet because i messed up the shark nozzle that was on it before. If i buy a new nozzle, what would be good for a 150-250?

The NX Shark Nozzle will support a 250shot....the solenoids should max at 300hp.

You will need:
1/8x-4 fitting for the output on the solenoid
SHO line from the solenoid to the nozzle
200 Jets 78n 46f
250 Jets 88n 48f

If you have not sprayed the car yet I don't reccomend starting at 2-250.

What fuel system do you have on the car?

Yea, im not going to start at 200, i was going to do 100 on the dyno, then 150, and just go up to 200. It's stock fuel lines and rail with a walbro intank 255lph and delphi 42 lb/hr injectors.

do you have the hot wire kit for the 255.....a 255 alone will be at its limits ~550 whp

I am running a 255intank and a 255 boost a pump...I am concerned that my fuel system will not support much more than my current 150 shot.

Have not dyno'd with the new cam, but I made 566/604 on the old one.

New one picked up .3 NA and .5 on the same 150 shot.

I never had pressure or voltage problems, but i still installed the dedicated wiring harness for the pump. That's the reason why i will be on the dyno with it to make sure it can handle it. I wont be running a 200 shot very often, i want to get on tv

This is S. Florida, there's going to be a **** load of cars to say the least. I know i'm personally going with 20 ppl i know with cars at various speeds, from a 700whp talon with an auto, to evos on spray. Should be interesting, hopefully i can go fast enough to make the closest 16 ET's. Thanks for the help by the way!

you will not need to change the nozzle fitting.....the SHO line is a -4 line that has been modified to accept a -3 nut on one end.
