Post is this uncommon

First I would like to thank you guys for helping me select my set up.Well the ? is yesterday on the dyno with 150 shot i picked up 158 at the wheels. Is this correct or am i not running a safe set up.I got colder plugs retarded timing,240lph in-line pump, msd ignition and a window switch. So why is a 150 shot showing 158 at the wheels.Off the bottle i was getting 263 at the wheels on 421.Both of these numbers were on the same tunning session.Best na before yesterday was 268 at the wheels.I don't know do any of you guys????

Forget the "xxx shot" concept. You've got jets of some size, and they generated 158rwhp. If the air/fuel ratio looked good, then you're fine. If you want less power (or let's say less stress on your motor), put in smaller jets. But the "xxx shot" business is just a general number that the vendors will give you to get a feel of what kind of power the standard jets they give you will net.

Good #s....I noticed you put in an inline pump which is fine but are you still using the stock intank pump? If you are I would recommend you upgrade that too if you plan on staying with the 150 shot. Generally the stocker will be safe up to 400 hp but after that your pushing it and you dont want to do that with nitrous.

Question

I'm confused. Isn't the point of the inline pump to help along the stock pump?.... If you upgraded the in-tank pump why would you need an inline at all??
