Timing..

I'm spraying a 150 shot on a basically stock LT1. Engine has about 58K on it. I have an MSD Digital 6+, how do I set it to pull timing, and how much would you pull? I have a inline fuel pump going too, so fuel is no problem. I have been running this shot for a while now with no adverse effects, but if it can be optimized by pulling timing, I want to do it. I also have an MSD coil. If that helps. Any help is greatly appreciated.

if you are not having any problems with knock now with the 150 shot, then you really don't need to pull spark. however, when it gets hotter, the chance for detonation increases and you may want to pull at most 2*. not sure how to do it on a DIGI 6, though.
