Question Thinking about going on the bottle!

Well I have all these people come up to me all the time(mostly mustang guys) and say that they will whoop on my car so I was thinking of getting a little insurance if you know what I mean. I looked around a little in this section and it seems that a lot of you guys have basically stock internals and are running decent shot of the juice. I am still a litlle bit nervous about using it though being that my motor was just rebuilt(around 3,000 miles on it). I am not sure the extent of parts that were changed though as far as brand rods and stuff cause it was only the #1 and #8 bearings that were spun pretty bad.
Anyway when I get my car back from the shop(hopefully next week) I will be thinking of maybe getting a used kit if I can find one cheap enough. Right now my car has 113K miles. So what I really want to knoe is two things;1. Do you guys think that I will be fine with running like a 100 shot on this motor as long as I get all the right stuff for it? 2. How much of an improvement in the 1/4 mile would a shot like that give me?
