Question is there anywhere else to mount a bottle in a 4th gen?

If I ever get nitrous it'll be down the road a little bit, I'd rather see how fast I can get N/A first. But at the moment, I have a fiberglass subwoofer box built in to my spare tire well. I don't wanna mount the bottle in my "trunk", cuz I don't wanna lose my t-top storage. I was considering possibly behind the back seat, under the hatch, but that would look a lil cheesy IMO. I'd maybe be able to find a way to mount it higher up in the "trunk" so there's still room to get the t-tops in there, but I have an amp rack there. So basically every spot I can think of is taken . Is there anywhere else I'm not thinking of, where I can mount a bottle someday? I dunno if it would be possible to squeeze it in under the car, maybe where the stock muffler was? (I have a SLP loudmouth, so there's a little more room to work with than with a muffler). Or should I just someday make the decision between nitrous and t-top storage?

Thumbs up

Here's pic's. Hope this helps. You also don't need a remote bottle where my bottle is at.

looks good...how'd you run the line? Into the carpet under the seat I guess, but where from there? Did you hafta custom fabricate a bracket or did that one come with the kit? And what is that, a 10 lb bottle? Only disadvantage I see is you can't fold your seat down . Makes it a lil harder to bring a set of drag radials with ya to the track

The spare-tire well. You'll just need a rectangle piece of steel to drill some holes in for the bottle brackets, then mount the steel bracket to the spare tire bracket.

Wallah! Hidden too, plus you get extra weight over the right rear wheel which helps traction!

I also had mine mounted in the rear right spare fenderwell. It is nice the bottle is hidden. The only problem is like now my remote bottle opener went out so you have to go and turn it on manually which is a hassle.

only problem with the spare tire well is I have a subwoofer there. But it's a heavy sumbish, so at least I got the traction advantage . But I guess the only "hidden" place I have available would be where the t-tops go, and I don't wanna put it there...so if I ever get NAAAAWS it'll go between the back seats or somethin
