Spray through the shifts???

I'm going to be running a 300 shot dual stage system on a 383, with a th350 transmission... I'm going to launch on 150, and bring the other shot in after shifting to 2nd.... My question is, should I spray through the 2nd to 3rd shift?? My th350 has a Trans-Go full manual shift kit, and it's got a hughes gm92 converter... Any info would be great.

For maximum ET gain, yes. For maximum trans life, no.

It should be ok as long as the trans itself doesnt blow a shift,Do you still run the factory rev limiter? get rid of it if you do

MEAN,

I spray my th350 from the green light ... till the traps. Im not running as much spray as you. My tranny is slightly modified with extra clutches, manual valve body and hd intermediate sprag.

Spray it and see what happens.

Did your Cast 350 ever let go?

Thanks! I'm gonna try it...

Nope, that motor never broke... I took the car to thunder valley raceway park in Noble Oklahoma, and made 8 low 11 second passes, and it never even flinched... I pulled the shortblock, stuck a stock cam in it, and sold it to a guy for 200 bucks.... He stuck it in an old truck to sell it... I had a lot of respect for that old POS... hahaha...
