Rings

I just rebuilt my motor (bearings and rings). I put moly rings in it. I m going to ocassionally run a 125 shot and sometimes a rare 150 shot. I have heard those rings aren't any good for nitrous. It's too late now, as I already put the engine back together. Just curious. I'm not going to spray it either till the motor is broken in rather well, at least 1000 miles. I'm going to baby it for 500 miles.

Re: Rings

Their are plenty of people spraying on moly rings on this board. I personaly went with the JE Hell-Fire rings which are meant for FI/nitrous applications. I dont forsee you having a problem, as long as they are gaped for street/nitrous i think on the piston ring card assuming they are file fit moly rings...
