all motor my car runs a depressing 13.9 at 100mph,then with a 75 shot it runs a depressing 13.3 at 106mph,so does this sound about right to you guys???

p.s while spraying my car seems to pop a bit,just enough to slow me down a bit,what is this???

 

What motor are you running and what kit do you have on it?

 

it's a 97 z,with a 350 lt-1 in it,and it's a nw lt-1 wet kit with a fogger plate on it,window switch,and wot switch..

 

What brand is the kit? As long as your car isnt too heavily modded those numbers sound about right, although the popping definately isnt right. What kind of gas were you running on that run? What do you have your fuel pressure safety switch set at? Does it turn both solenoids off or just the nitrous solenoid?

 

a 100 shot with that kit is worth about 1 second. so what it is doing on the 75 seems about right.

as far as the popping,make sure it isnt pulling lots of timing or going to rich/lean.

also what plugs do you have? any ignition mods? do you launch with nitrous or hit after you launch? auto/6spd? im guessing you arent spraying through shifts with a window switch......

 

Seems about right... I run 13.5-13.6 @ 100-102 all motor, and on a NX Wet 75, only ran that shot once, I ran 12.8 @ 108
