PROBLEM: Digital Dual Window Switch with TPS sensor
PROBLEM: Digital Dual Window Switch with TPS sensor
Well, i hooked up my entire N20 system, and I got nothing.
I know the relay is hooked up right because if you hook a wire to the ground side of the relay, and have the N20 system armed, and you tap the wire to the car it completes the ground and the N20 fires.
Now, if I hook up the window switch, and have it on, it reads my RPM's correctly AND it reads my TPS correctly AND I have it set up correctly to fire.
If I put a multimeter on the ground side of the relay with the system turned "on" and ir reads what my battery reads.
Now, if I open the window switch, the voltage drops to 9-10 volts, but it should drop to around less than 1 volt since that is all the relay outpus.
Also, the relay hums when the window switch is activated and tries to ground. Now, I thought I had just a faulty ground or a bad wire, so I re-did the wiring and then grounded the window switch to the battery.
Still nothing...
Would you guys venture to say the switch is faulty since it won't ground either channel??
