Plugs needed

what type plugs are you guys using I have a Lt1 396 11.25-1 with Afr 190 heads with a directport system . What size gap and How much timing are you pulling?

I use .035-.038...timing will be dictated by your base NA timing...1-2 per 50 is the rule of thumb
