plate or fogger system?

i have a NOS cheater system for my car , and the motor was built for nitrous . is it worth the extra expence for a fogger kit ? has anyone run one then switched to the other ? what one did you like better?

on the lt1 they both work great BUT the fogger out performes the plate. not a big difference in performance but there is in price
