painting my nitrous bottle

ok, kinda of a stupid question. i want to paint my nitrous bottle because its a little scratched up and i want it a different color. is it ok for me to take off the sticker on the front of the bottle? i was just kinda worried that they wouldn't fill it without the sticker. thanks alot

i'm pretty sure you can order that sticker if you need from NX or whoever. I want to paint my bottle too, but i'm not sure what to do??? i want to do it black, but thats too plain. i'm not much for airbrushing, but i think i might try and add a touch to the gloss black. color sand it and enjoy. lol

im simple, im color matching mine to my car and putting the ram air decals like the ones on the hood on the bottle....or maybe the trans am logo who knows.

man i hope they will fill the bottle without the sticker cause if not i have to buy another lol.

Re: painting my nitrous bottle

I painted my bottle a totally different color then it was and I have no sticker on it. I have never had a problem getting it filled. I dont think you really need the sticker. That is why the bottle is stamped up at the top where the valve is. John
