Not clear on how nitrous activates...
Ok, I'm not clear on this...You have a nitrous kit...You have a master arm switch which basically turns the system on. And you have a window switch and WOT switch. My question is...Does the nitrous activate on a PUSH BUTTON?? Or does it automatically come on as long as you are at WOT and between the RPMs specified by window switch?? If that's the case, how are people talking about not spraying until second or third gear? Someone please explain this to me...
You could set it up a million ways. Think of it like this. There's a circuit between power and ground, right? In that circuit are your solenoids, for sure. Then what else do you want in that circuit, to be in a "closed" position, before the solenoids get power?
- WOT switch? (yes, if you want the nitrous to stay off unless your foot is on the floor)
- Arm switch? (yes, if you want to be able to do WOT some times without nitrous flowing)
- Window switch? (yes, if you want to make sure the nitrous doesn't flow if you go WOT at a low RPM)
- FPSS? (yes, if you don't want nitrous flowing if you have low fuel pressure)
- Push button? (yes, if you want to have a manual override on all the above)
- Cigarette Lighter? (yes, if you don't want to be able to light up while on the juice)
- etc, etc

On my kit I have a WOT switch mounted above the throttle linkage (Pic of Switch). I also have an arm switch inside the car (Pic of Arm Switch). Once the arm switch is turned on the WOT switch gets 12V power. When an at full throttle the WOT switch is de-pressed and sends that 12V to the NX relay which in turn powers the solenoids
Similiar process with a window switch but what it does is adds another variable in, once the WOT switch is triggered the Window Switch won't send the power to the NX relay until it reaches the desired RPM and it will cut the power at a desired RPM. People who aren't spraying till second or thrid aren't arming there system till they hit these gears
I hope this explains everything but if you want more detail or maybe even a diagram I got nothing but time at work

I think I've just about got it. Curious though, what does EACH of the switches in your second pic do? And also where did you get that switch panel from??
I made the panel myself. I had a friend at a plastic company build me a flat panel and machine the edges a bit, etc. I marked and drilled all the holes myself
I could possibly get the exact same thing off him if your interested
The first switch is for the fans.
The second is the Nitrous Arm Switch
The third Arms the line Lock.
The blue light comes on when Nitrous Arm switch is on.
The push button next to the blue light is for the purge
The push button next to the red light is to engage the line lock and when engaged the red light comes on.
After typing all that out it feels like I am flying a plane
