NOS Jetting sizes

Ok im ready to spray my car almost. I have a NOS wet shot spraying into my intake tube. When i bought the car it came with an 082 in the fuel and a 073 in the nitrous side. I went up to my local speed shop and they reccomended 028 fuel and 040 nitrous and said that "should" be a 75 shot. Any ideas, i looked the original up on 2 different sites and 1 said it was a 40 and the other said it would be in the 100+ range. Am i reading the charts wrong or not converting something right. I wanted to go with a lower shot to test it but 75, if it is 75 should be safe.

here is one of the charts i looked at

Roads were wet so i had to test it with the traction control on. Holy crap at 60 it accelarates hard, really hard. Maybe i will get a few runs in this weekend, weather permitting. Its been a little cold in fla this week so im not sure about bottle pressure. I also need a window switch so i dont have to stare at my tach.
