Until you rule out the FPSS is set too close to the actual fuel pressure, there's not much point in speculating what else it can be.

No way it's just a purge issue...I rarely even purge my line and you can still feel the hit nearly instantaneously. It's primarily for show and to get that last little bit of advantage.

Pull it from the intake and bypass the triggers one at a time...no harm, no foul. Some of these things are pretty basic...I didn't realize I'd need to explain it step by step. If you're using nitrous, you should at least be familiar with how the system works and the diagnostic steps to correcting it.
I don't have a fuel pressure guage in that car, but you may be correct about the FPSS being set too close to the actual fuel pressure.

I would have thought that the fuel system in an 01 F-car would be up to the job of supporting an extra 100 hp, especially since I'm up at 3,300 feet. It is probably more like trying to support a 75 shot at sea level ... just a guess.

Anyway thx for the input, it will be put to good use.

I'm just giving my .02 on what was wrong with my kit. I'm not saying that he has the exact same problem and by replacing the fuel pump it will help, but in my case that was my problem and now it works just fine.

Lower the setting on the FPSS instead of just bypassing it. Go through and double or maybe even triple check everything to make sure its all working fine.

Do you have a bottle heater and do you know what the pressure was at when you were spraying???

Finally got around to getting it looked at ...

it was the window switch ... the 2nd window switch, the first one simply failed out of the box which is why I didn't mention it ... which was what sort of got me, how can 2 of them in a row fail ??

Any way, it is all good now without the window switch in the loop.

Thx for all the replies
